I do not have a copy of the manual "How to Start Your Own Tea Party Hostess Business." My cost is $649, which includes $450 for tuition and $199 for a copy of the manual.

I already have a copy of the manual "How to Start Your Own Tea Party Hostess Business." My tuition is $450. I will bring my manual to the seminar.

I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve my seat. I also understand that payment in full is required 30 days prior to seminar start date.

I understand and agree to the following refund policies:

Tuition refunds:

•  $350 refund ($450 tuition minus $100 deposit) if you cancel before 30 days prior to class start date.

•  No refund if you cancel less than 15 days before seminar start date.

•  Full refund (including deposit) if Thyme-out Tea Parties cancels the seminar.

Manual refunds : $199 refund if you cancel at any time or if Thyme-out Tea Parties cancels the seminar.
